It is signed L. Bloch, of St Michel (That island that looks like a cool place to visit.) Probably the clock seller.

This clock survived the Missouri floods of 1993 and believe it or not, still runs. The outer frame needs some work. You can see where I tried to use furniture pencils to even it up without much success. It is a Gesso frame, which I am told is available at Art supply stores. The movement needs cleaning and it needs spring replacement. Also needs a new hour hand. The inlay and outer rim are intact and original, as is the glass that gave the photo most of its glare.
