Interestingly enough, this clock has a plaque on the bottom about J. Christ. who is also an electrician as well as an Horologist. The clock face has Barrat, rather crudely painted in, as well as a city name that I can't make out. This clock runs, but needs a tune-up in the worst way, as well as replacing the springs. Like most of the other clocks from the Thayer Estate, this too survived the great floods of 1993, though not without trouble. The outside frame needs some help. This one has the most ornate inlay I have seen so far for this style of clock.
